Get to know more about business!

SBB is a program teaching management, business and entrepreneurship to master students in a science discipline at Leiden University, like mathematics, biology, physics, biomedical sciences, etc. So, for instance, you can do an MSc in Astronomy and SBB, Chemistry and SBB and so on.

In the program, you learn about marketing, finance, innovation and project management applied to business cases involving science and technology. You can also learn about entrepreneurship, how scientists have started companies based on their research knowledge and practice writing a business plan.

This international program is taught in English and the students have different educational backgrounds.

At the end, students will have a master diploma and SBB will be part of the title (e,g a "Physics and Science-Based Business" master title). Students doing this combination still qualify for a science PhD.
